transdisciplinary outcomes.
Soft Skills Gap
SoftSkillsGAP is an Erasmus+ KA220 project. The project’s work focuses on closing the soft skills gap faced by Vocational Education and Training (VET) graduates as they enter the labour market across eight European countries. Through in-depth research, the collection of good practices and lesson plans, the training of teachers and ambassadors, and a dedicated e-learning platform, the partnership aims to strengthen the soft skills competences of both learners and staff and to improve the transition from education to employment.
